Tips for Parents:

Please follow these simple procedures to help our program run smoothly:

• Our session dates are the same as the trimester dates.  You must re-register for each session as personal information and activity choices may change.

• When registering, you may sign up for one or more days per week, and one activity per day.  Most activities have limited space and are available on a first come first serve basis.

• Your child will be expected to attend the activities for which he or she is registered, unless an absence is documented with the school.  If your child is present during the school day but will not attend the After School Program, please call the office and leave word so that we know not to expect him/her.

• Look for After School Program announcements and reminders in your child’s backpack when the end of a trimester is approaching.

• If you have a talent or skill that you could share with the students, contact us about leading an activity in our program.  It’s a great way to give back to our community!
